I want to install a tailgate lock on my 2019 Ford F-150, is there one that will lock and unlock with the power locks of my key fob?

Yes there is a tailgate lock that fits your 2019 Ford F-150 that will lock with the power locks of your truck. For that you'd want the Pop and Lock tailgate lock part # PAL8250 and you'd be set. I attached an install video for this for you to check out as well. The truck in the video is a 2012 but it's the same process as your 2019 model.
