I do have ground clearance measurements for the etrailer.com Trailer Hitch Receiver part # E98853, the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 76112, and the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13343 but we have not had a chance to install all of these on a 2012 Toyota Sienna yet. Also, the ground clearance measurement we take will likely be different that what you have even with the same year as the tire size and cargo in the vehicle will all play a factor into ground clearance.

When we installed both the etrailer.com Trailer Hitch Receiver part # E98853 and the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13343 on a 2018 Toyota Sienna (see video) we found that the distance from the ground to the top of the inside edge of the receiver tube is 13" therefore, the distance from the ground to the bottom edge of the receiver tube is likely around 10-1/2".

When we installed the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 76112 on a 2012 Toyota Sienna (see video) we found that the distance from the ground to the top of the inside edge of the receiver tube is 12-1/2" therefore, the distance from the ground to the bottom edge of the receiver tube is likely around 10".

With that being said it would appear that the etrailer.com Trailer Hitch Receiver part # E98853 and the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13343 will offer the most ground clearance. The main difference between these two hitches is that the Curt hitch has more of a gloss finish whereas the etrailer.com hitch has more of a matte finish.
