Yes, the etrailer.com Trailer Hitch Receiver # E98844 is confirmed to fit your 2019 Toyota Highlander Limited Platinum. This custom Class III hitch will use existing holes in your Highlander's frame for a completely no-drill installation. It will provide you with a 2 inch receiver opening and it features a towing capacity of 6,000 pounds. I also really like the unique matte black finish on this particular model.

I have attached an installation video on the 2018 model Highlander that you can use for reference. The process should be identical on your 2019 model.

If you are looking to do some towing you will also need to add a trailer wiring harness. For this I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118449 if you do not have the factory tow package or the Hopkins # HM11141825 if you do have the factory tow package. These are both custom harnesses that install by simply plugging into a built-in plug underneath the spare tire compartment.

To pull a trailer you will also need a ball mount and hitch ball.
