Troubleshooting Leveling System Where Jacks Indicate Down on Panel When Jacks are Retracted Up
Question:
Jacks up but indicate down on panel and dash light. Jacks are up. Hit retract and they indicate up for about 10 seconds

I reached out to my tech contact at Lippert and they said based on your description it sounds like you have a Level Up hydraulic unit. Normally the issue that you are stating occurs on those units when there is a pump pressure issue and the pump in that case would need replaced. If you have hoses that lead to your jacks, this is most likely the issue.
If you have the ground control electric system with motors on each jack, let me know and we can continue to troubleshoot.
