The Husky Silver Series 16K S 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # HT31313-31314 will absolutely work with the Reese Elite Series Underbed Rail Adapter part # RP30156. The Husky hitch mounts using industry standard rails and the Reese adapter converts the Reese Elite Series underbed mounting kit for use with industry standard rails therefore, they will work together without issue.

I have attached a photo for you which shows this adapter being used with a similar Husky hitch for reference.
