We do have air bag helper spring options available for your 2008 Ford F-250. Firestone Ride-Rite kit # F2550 will fit 2- and 4-wheel drive models (will not fit on SuperCab V10 models with 8 foot bed.) I have included a link to a video showing installation for you.
I also recommend adding an on-board air compressor system, # F2097. This will allow you to inflate and deflate the air bags from the comfort of your truck cab.
