Question:

The item you selected, CURT Replacement Tri-Ball, part # C45800, is the correct replacement ball end for the Curt Multi-Ball Adjustable Ball Mount, part # D900.
The end of part # C45800 is designed to fit a 2 inch receiver. You will need to measure the receiver on your hitch to determine if you have a 2 inch receiver (see FAQ).
The CURT Multi-Ball Adjustable Ball Mount, part # D900, which comes complete, will also fit a 2 inch receiver.
I have linked an FAQ on trailer hitch sizes.
