My passenger side door is to the front of the trailer. I assume, but want to make sure, that there is zippered roll up panel there for access?

Yes, the sides of the Adco SFS AquaShed Cover for Toy Hauler Travel Trailer # 290-52272 that you referenced can be removed to give access to side doors on the front or rear of a travel trailer. On the side there is a front and rear panel that can be removed.

I have a solution for you, but from what I was able to determine, the Rockwood 2109s is 22'-4" long, so the #290-52240 is going to be just a tad too short. Instead, the SFS AquaShed #290-52272 would be the correct size cover for your trailer…
