Does the Dutton-Lainson Worm Gear Hand Winch # DL11001 Have a Brake and Reverse Function

i want to get this hand winch #DL11001, but i need to know if it has a brake function and if it can reverse. i want to some how mount it in my 4x8 utility trailer

The Dutton-Lainson Worm Gear Hand Winch, part # DL11001, is a single speed brake winch for use with cable. The brake function is when the cranking is stopped the reel automatically stops. It can be cranked in reverse. There is no free wheel mode, so to it will have to cranked in reverse to let out the cable. The handle has a hex drive so a 1/2 inch variable speed drill can be used to speed up the cranking process. It has a weight capacity of 2,000 lbs.
The cable you will need for the hand winch is the Hand Winch cable, part # DL24104. It is 1/4 inch diameter x 50 feet long.
