Can Firestone Ride Rite Kit # F2709 Fit with 1-1/2 inch Lift Block

I have 1.5inch lift block in the rear of my 2016 2500HD. Will this Firestone F2709 kit work even with the lift block in there?

Typically block lifts are body lifts which do not add distance between the axle and the frame. If that's what you have then the Firestone Ride Rite kit part # F2709 would fit as-is. If you do have a lift that adds distance between the axle and the frame you'd need a spacer kit like the part # F2536 which is a 1-1/4 inch spacer block.

Yes, the Firestone Ride Rite kit part #F2709 will work great installed on a vehicle with a stock or aftermarket rear sway bar.

Yes, you can install the Firestone Ride Rite kit part #F2709 on your 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500 with a lift kit. Firestone states for 1-2 inch lifts they don't normally require any type of spacer so the kit will install and work just fine.

You are correct. Since you have a 1-1/2 inch "lift" on your truck you'd need the Firestone 1-1/2 inch spacer kit part #F2536 to take up that additional space.
