For your 2016 Ford F-250 Super Duty you will use Firestone Rear Air Bag Kit # F2597 which fits both 2WD and 4WD versions. This kit is compatible with your in-bed 5th wheel hitch and it offers 5000-lb support capacity to handle your trailer's pin weight.
The other Firestone rear-axle air bag kit for your truck is part # F2703 which is rated for 7500-lbs and which also fits both 2WD and 4WD trucks. This kit is also compatible with in-bed hitches. Unless your trailer has higher pin weight than 5K the kit # F2597 will be fine.
Part # F2097 is a 150-psi Air Command I Heavy-Duty Single-Path Compressor that will work with either kit to allow easy pressure control from the driver's seat while you tow. This makes it much easier to find the pressure "sweet spot" for any given trailer weight.
