The correct Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System for your 2010 Ram 1500 is part # TDR1500DS if you have a regular cab or part # TDR1500DQ if you do not have a regular cab. They will absolutely help with sway while traveling with a load. They do this by providing a buffer between the axle and frame which will limit the amount of side to side movement that can occur while the springs are engaged.
The Timbrens are a very popular upgrade for your truck and are used by many people with great success. One of the reasons they are so popular is because of how easy they are to install. As you can see in the attached video, there is only one bolt per side and you are done.
