How do you unlock the steering wheel of an Hyundai Elantra stick shift? Im using a Blue Ox tow bar. I have problems dragging the car

I don't know what year your Elantra is but in the owners manual there should be instructions on flat towing that would give you the info you need. Most likely you have to move the key to the ACC or ON position though.
