Are Tools Needed for Removal of Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter #DM6099 in 2018 Ram 2500
Question:
Will you have to remove the 4 bolts of the locking sockets if you remove the rail adapter from the truck bed or can you just rotate the locking socket and remove the rail adapter without having to remove the bolts?

The four bolts hold the release levers to the frame of the Demco fifth wheel adapter part # DM6099 and do not attach to the truck directly. To install and remove the adapter would only require you to turn the levers and then remove/install it. Check out the review video I attached for this for you to check out as well.
