Installing Draw-Tite Gooseneck Hitch on 2018 Toyota Tundra with Firestone Air Springs Installed
Question:
I have a set of Firestone Ride Rite airbags on my 2018 Tundra Crewmax with 5.5inch bed. Will this hitch install with the airbags, or do they conflict? If they do conflict, can you recommend a gooseneck hitch that will work with the Ride Rites?

The Draw-Tite Hide-A-Goose Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # 9465-36 referenced in your question is confirmed to fit your 2018 Toyota Tundra but it will mount to the same location inside and under the frame where your existing brackets for the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2445 are mounted. Because of this the two systems are not compatible with each other.
In order to install this gooseneck hitch on your truck you will need to remove the Firestone Air Helper Springs. For a different suspension enhancement kit that will be compatible with the hitch you can use jounce style springs like the Timbren # TTORTUN4 which will simply replace the factory bump stop on the truck.
