Will the Thule Passage 2 Trunk Mount Bike Rack Fit a 2011 Toyota Yaris 3-Door Hatchback

Yes, I checked with Thule and I am happy to report that the Passage 2 Trunk Mount Bike Rack, # TH910XT, will fit your 2011 Toyota Yaris 3-Door Hatchback. I have included a link to the installation details and a link to a video review of the bike rack for you.
Not only will the Passage 2 fit, but Thule does list any of their trunk mount bike racks as a fit. For a full-featured, easy to use rack, I would go with the OutWay, # TH45JV. This bike rack is light weight, easy to install, and comes with locks for both the rack and the bikes.
These cables, which are used instead of straps to secure the bike rack, make installation and removal quick and easy.
For any of the trunk mount bike racks, if you will be carrying womens, childrens, or alternative frame bikes, I recommend using the bike adapter bar, # TH982XT, in order to carry the bikes more level. I have included a link to a video showing how it works.
