I have a lube plate... but was wondering the proper grease for the jaws and the two grease zerks on shaft ?

According to Curt the recommended grease for your Curt Q20 # C16530-16017 fifth wheel hitch is a high-pressure wheel bearing grease.

For this I recommend the LubriMatic Wheel Bearing Grease # L11465.
