For your 2016 Chevy Spark I recommend the Demco Commander II Tow Bar # DM9511012 along with the Demco Base Plate Kit # DM9519326. This is an excellent non-binding tow bar that features plenty of capacity for your Spark and it also includes safety cables so you won't need to purchase those separately. I have attached an installation video for the base plate kit that you can use for reference.
In order to flat tow your Chevy Spark behind your Sunseeker RV, you will also need a lighting solution and a supplemental braking system if you don't already have them.
For a lighting solution I like the Roadmaster Wiring Kit # RM-155. This will let you use the Spark's signal lights without having to tap into its wiring. I have attached another installation video that you can check out.
Then for a supplemental braking system I highly recommend the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO # SM99251. This is an excellent proportional system that will activate the brakes in your Chevy Spark at the same time and with the same intensity that you apply to them in the RV. After the initial installation it requires very little attention as you move from flat towing to everyday driving (and vice versa).
Finally, you may need to add a high-low adapter in order to keep the tow bar level. I have attached an article that explains how to choose the best one for your setup along with a link that will take you to our available selection.
