I have a vehicle with a GVW of 3,500 lbs which winches would work for me? My ramp slope is greater than 20 degrees but less than 40 degrees

For a 3500-lb vehicle pulled up even a 40-degree slope the Bulldog Winch # BDW10032 that you referenced is an excellent choice. This winch can handle pulling even an 8000-lb vehicle up a 40-degree slope so it will have plenty of capacity/safety margin for your application.
