Recommended Kayak Carrier for Two 10 Foot Kayaks on 2018 Subaru Forester

Can this boat rack accommodate two 10 ft kayaks on roof of Subaru Forester, 2018 model

The Thule DockGrip # TH895 will work for one kayak on your Subaru Forester, but you won't have the room on your crossbars to put two kayaks side by side. The crossbars for your 2018 Subaru Forester are typically between 47 and 58 inches long so the kayaks side by side will not work unless using a carrier that holds the kayaks at an angle.

I recommend the Rhino-Rack Kayak Carrier w/ Tie-Downs - J-Style - Folding - Side Loading # S512 and extension # RRS512X which will allow you to carry one or two kayaks and will fold down when not in use. I've attached a video to assist with most of the functions like folding which will be the same even with the extension.
