The SportRack Pop-Up Camper Roof Rack # SR1020 will work on pop-up camper trailer roofs that have a 90-degree edge (not curved or rounded) and that are up to 85-1/2-inches wide. The four rack feet bolt permanently to your roof using included hardware. I recommend using a silicone sealant like # LT37464 during the installation to prevent any water from entering the camper.
You will want to check the height of the skylights on your roof to ensure that the 3-inches of height added by the rack will be enough to clear them.
You have several options in the type of canoe carrier you choose. The linked page displays all options that fit square crossbars like those in the SportRack setup. These include pad-style carriers like # RRRWP05, saddle carriers like the Swagman Exo # S65145, gunwale-mount carriers like the Thule Portage # TH819 and foam block carriers like the Malone # MPG156.
If you will be driving long distances on the interstate then I recommend either the Exo carrier # S65145 or one of the gunwale-mount carriers. Pads and foam blocks are fine for transporting the canoe for shorter distances on local roads. You can refer to the linked article for more on canoe carriers.
