Fulton makes high quality winches like the Fulton Winch # F142201 that you referenced. JIF Marine makes great winches too and the Single-Speed Boat Trailer Winch # 315-W2000D is almost an identical design except for it comes with a 20 foot cable and a strap included. Based on that I would go with the JIF.
