Does the bumper cover need to be modified or cut to install this hitch on a 2003 Mercedes ML350? Please provide a copy of the installation instructions.

To install this Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75087, you will need to either have the rear fascia door removed or have it trimmed before it can be reinstalled on your 2003 Mercedes ML350. I attached installation instructions for this product for you to check out also.
