SportRack Roof Rack on 2010 Honda Civic 4 Door
Question:
Hello there, ive recently purchased the complete roof rack system- SR1002/ SR1003 and realized the feet with pads does not swivel to fit the contour of the car. Am i doing something wrong?

I was unable to find your order number to ensure you do have the correct roof rack, because of the two you mentioned, only # SR1002 is a fit for your 4-door 2010 Honda Civic. If you take a look at the linked installation instructions you can see that the clamp plate is what will fit the contour of your door jamb so be certain you are trying to attach the correct parts. If you are still having issues, sending a photo would be really helpful.
