What is the max size round bar that this will work on?

The round bar adapters that come with the Yakima HandRoll Kayak Carrier # Y04082 were designed with the Yakima round bars in mind. The adapters fit perfectly around the Yakima round bars which have a 1-1/8" diameter so that would be the max.

I spoke with my contact at Yakima and she said they no longer have any exclusions for the HandRoll #Y04082 with fiberglass or composite kayaks. Yours will work just fine.
