Removing Rusted Bolts and Screws on Product without Damaging Components
Question:
I purchased the Hooks , bolts and nuts to replace the rusted ones on my T2. Any suggestions on how to get these rusted bolts loosened? I have hit them with PB Blaster but so far the bolts wont budge..Any suggestions that have proven to work best?

The Replacement Hook for Thule T2 Bike Carrier # 753-3583 is an easy replacement once you get the screws out. Since you have already used PB Blaster, the only thing I can tell you works is to drill them out carefully or use an easy out screw extractor tool. Normally heat is the key, but not with the plastic components.
Your other option is to replace the entire assembly with the Replacement Locking Ratchet Arm Assembly for T2 Bike Carriers # 752-1272-001.
