There is a tonneau cover that fits your 2016 Ram 1500's 6-1/2' bed that can be maneuvered incrementally, but the Pace Edwards SwitchBlade Metal Hard Tonneau Cover # 311-SMD7833 will not lock at different spots along the rails.
I recommend checking out the Pace Edwards JackRabbit Hard Tonneau Cover # 311-JRD7833 which can be positioned at 12" intervals along your Ram's bed with the use of a latching system.
