I have a 2009 Nissan Rogue sl. I have factory roof rack but no crossbar. I see screw holes for mounting. I need a cheap option as I am planned n to mount a Sup rack to the cross bars. Thanks.

Thank you for the photo of your 2009 Nissan Rogue SL's roof which shows it has what we call raised side rails. All of our aftermarket roof rack options for the 2009 Rogue with this type of roof setup are shown on the page I linked for you.

The two very-low-cost roof racks we can offer you come from Malone, their 50-inch bar rack # MPG201 and the 58-inch bar version # MPG202. Both racks have the same 165-lb weight rating but the longer bar rack may well provide a nicer fit for your SUP carrier.

For reference I also linked all SUP carriers that will fit on these square bar roof racks.

It is up to you if you wanted to cut these Malone bars #MPG216. What I would suggest is getting the 50 inch version #MPG215 so you don't have to cut anything.
