Solution for Trailer Lighting with Running Light and Stop/Turn Light Wire Backwards
Question:
Ok, my right tail light has 2 filament bulb. The left seems to be backwards some how! It is driving me crazy! When the brakes or hazards are on they do flash but not bright. When the turn signal is switched on it is very bright! Basically it seems like the filament roles are backwards! I am losing my mind over this!

Try swapping the wires that run to the light. Cut them and then resplice them to the opposite wire on each side of the trailer. That will reverse the brightness issue you are having easily as it sounds like somehow each trailer assembly was wired backwards. For a 5 pack of butt end connectors we have the part # DW05744-5.
