In order to change tire sizes you will want to measure the clearance you have with your existing tires and compare that to the difference in size. As a general rule of thumb you are going to want around 3-4" of clearance between the top of the tire and bottom of the fender in addition to 1" between the frame and tire sidewall.

A ST175/80-13 tire is 24" diameter x 6.9" wide and for a 14" tire we can use a ST205/75-14 tire as a reference point. This size is 26.1" diameter x 8.1" wide. Therefore, you are going to need 4-5" of clearance from the top of the tire to the bottom of the fender in addition to 1.6" of clearance between the sidewall of the tire and frame on the tire you have now in order for this new size to work for you.

If the new size is compatible then I recommend going with the Karrier ST205/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire part # AM32153. This tire/wheel has a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern, load range C rating (1,925 kbs), and an M speed rating (81 mph). I have attached a review video of this wheel/tire combo for you as well.
