Does Install of Trailer Wiring on Vehicle Drain Battery
Question:
I installed the Curt vehicle wiring harness over the weekend on my 2015 Ford Transit 250. This morning I came out to a dead battery. Is it possible the wiring harness is causing a battery drain? Any known issues with this item?

It would be incredibly out-of-the-ordinary for a trailer wiring harness like the Curt # C56327 you installed to cause a dead battery on a vehicle. Most likely what happened is that when you installed it last night you had the doors/hatch open which was running the interior lights for an extended period of time which then drained the battery. And it wasn't until this morning that you tried to start the vehicle this morning that you noticed the dead battery.
