No Trailer Lights Using Adapter 7 Pole to 4 Pole # 37335
Question:
Is there a fuse inside this plug? It has inexplicably stopped working. There is power to the 7 way plug on the truck but the adapter no longer lights up and there are no lights or brakes on the trailer. I have a trailer that does not require this adapter and everything on it works fine. Thank you in advance.

Helpful Expert Reply:
Adapter 7 Pole to 4 Pole # 37335 isn't fused but it is possible that something happened to the wiring on the inside. I recommend taking it apart and inspecting the wiring and fix as needed. Or replace it with a different adapter such as # 78117 if you still want one that lights up. Or for a regular adapter # PK12716 is a popular option.
