Extension for Kayak Trailer for 21 Foot Tandem Kayak
Question:
I am looking for a trailer for my 21 foot tandem kayak. Will be heavily modifying this to accommodate a box for hauling gear and for proper weight distribution but can this trailer be extended by another eight feet on the tongue side?

There is not an extension available for the Malone MicroSport Trailer # MPG460G, but there is one for the Yakima Rack and Roll Trailer # Y08107.
The Tongue Extension Kit for Yakima Rack and Roll Trailer # Y08109 will allow you to carry a 21 foot kayak. The Rack and Roll has a 250 lb capacity but it can be upped to 350 lbs with HD Shocks # Y08110.
