Can the Ramps on the Roadmaster Tow Dolly # RM-2050-1 be Removed

Can the ramps be removed - looks like they may hit the road if your going over a deep low spot in the road?

The ramps on the Roadmaster Tow Dolly # RM-2050-1 are not meant to be removed after the initial installation.
I suppose you could remove them once the vehicle is loaded but that would be a little challenging and you would wear out your hardware quickly if you are constantly installing/removing them. Since Roadmaster doesn't say to remove them I would just leave them on.
