If you have installed LED headlight bulbs in your 2010 GMC Sierra and have experienced flickering bulbs or a delay when switching between the low beams and high beams then you will need what is referred to as an anti-flicker harness. If you purchase the Putco F1 Series LED Headlight Bulbs part # PF1-H11 which are a fit for your Sierra, the anti-flicker harness is included.
Our load resistors like # DI34ZR are rated for 50 watts and most headlights are 55 watts so they wouldn't work. I recommend getting the LED's with the integrated load resistor.
