Today we're going to be taking a look at Putco's F1 series LED headlight bulbs. For comparison, here's what an original set of halogen bulbs would look like, and this is our new Putco LED lights. As you can see, they offer a much wider range of view. These lights have a cooler hue, so it's going to help your vehicle stand out as well as make it easier for you to see at night. They install in place of H8, H9, H11 and H16 type bulbs. To get these installed, twist out your old bulb and twist in your new bulb, making sure to fold the heat sinks to fit inside your headlight assembly. The heat sinks located on the bulb will help reduce the heat, extending the life of the LED bulb. And then we just need to plug in the connector coming out of the harness from the back of the bulb to your existing connector that you unplugged from your original bulb. The driver for the LED is located on this harness and can be affixed anywhere on your vehicle using the included two sided tape, or in the case of this bulb, we can simply push it inside of our housing and it will store inside of it.
Then we can simply put our cover back on and we can repeat that same process on the other side. And that completes our look at Putco's F1 series LED headlight bulbs.
