Which is Smoother for Tandem Axle Trailer Timbren Axle Less or Timbren Silent Ride
Question:
I have a tandem trailer. Im looking at upgrading the suspension. Im not doing any offroading. I just want the smoothest ride. Im stuck between the Silent Ride and Axle-less setups. Its a 4400lb capacity trailer, but I would most likely upgrade it to 7k. Thanks

For a tandem setup the Silent Ride Kit part # TSR7000T04 will be much smoother than two Timbren Axle-Less kits. The reason being that the Silent Ride has an equalizer type setup that allows the axles to move together as bumps are approached which allows for a much smoother ride quality as the trailer and axles move over the bump.
The Timbren Axle Less setup does not have an equalizer so each axle will bear the full brunt of the bump independently.
