Question:

I have no power to my 7 prong plug in on my 2013 Ford F-150.. Where do I start to find the problem?

If all of the pins are dead then I'd check to make sure the connection from the vehicle harness to the connector is solidly made. While your there you should also check for any corrosion or cut/exposed wire and fix as necessary.

If it's a single circuit that is dead like the 12 volt power circuit you'd want to check the pin of the 7-way that carries that circuit (1:00) for corrosion or being bent and fix as needed. If that's good check under the hood for any blown fuses or relays and fix as needed.

I also attached a help article on troubleshooting trailer wiring for you to check out as well.

I have the same issue on my Dodge. Fuses are good and I have power coming to the 4 pin adapter from the fuse box.

@StephenC So there must be an issue somewhere between the 4 pin adapter and the 7-way since you said there was power there. You'd basically just need to work your way from where it works to where it stops working until you find the problem and fix as needed.
