Unfortunately, we don't have the parts you need to convert your Kar Kaddy directly over to a braking system because the axle is so specialized. You are correct that you will need a complete system for your dolly to make it electric brake compatible.

I recommend starting with the Trailer Axle w/ Electric Brakes - EZ-Lube - 5 on 4-1/2 Bolt Pattern - 89" - 3,500 lbs # e43SR. This axle comes with the electric brake assemblies, hub/drums, bearings, seals, and EZ lube spindles for easy maintenance. Then you will need wheels because the ones that came on your dolly had a unique offset that won't work well with the new assembly. I recommend the Provider ST205/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 14" White Spoke Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - LR C # TTWA14RWS rated for speeds up to 81 mph.

For your brakes, I recommend wiring # 10-1-1 running to the 7-Way Molded Trailer Plug with Junction Box # HS381-9000. This will run to your 7-way trailer connector.

Then in your vehicle, I recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195. This proportional controller is easy to use with its LCD screen and will apply the brakes on your dolly at the same time and with the same amount of pressure as you hit the brake pedal in your tow vehicle. I've attached some videos to assist.
