Question:
What braking system do you recommend!? Thank you ?

It sounds like you are wanting to flat tow your 2013 Cadillac SRX behind your RV.
For a supplemental braking system, I really like the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO # SM99251. This proportional system will activate as soon as your RV's brake lights go on and apply the brakes in your Cadillac with the same intensity that you are braking with inside the RV. It is a one-time setup, meaning you will not need to remove or activate anything each time you tow. The actual operating unit and actuating cylinder remains hidden so everything is out of the way when you are ready to drive.
I have attached a short video demonstration on this system, along with the written installation instructions that you can also take a look at.
In addition to this braking system, you will also need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, lighting solution, and likely a high-low adapter in order to flat tow your vehicle.
For a base plate kit, I recommend the Blue Ox # BX1690. These custom-fit base plates are confirmed to fit your Cadillac SRX and feature hidden reinforcements, along with removable bracket arms to provide a clean, unobtrusive look when you aren't towing. I have attached an installation video on your vehicle that you can use for reference.
For a compatible tow bar, I recommend the Blue Ox Alpha # BX7380. This non-binding tow bar features a self-aligning design that will ease hookup. Safety cables are also included with this unit so you will not need to purchase them separately.
Then, for a lighting solution, I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Wiring Kit # RM-15267. This diode kit will let you wire your Cadillac to accept your RV's tail, brake, and turn signal lights for towing. It includes a 6-Way connector that you will mount to the front of the vehicle, along with enough coiled wiring to go from there to the 7-Way on the RV.
Lastly, you will likely need a high-low adapter in order to keep the tow bar level. I have attached a great article that explains how to choose the best one for your setup, along with a link that will take you to our available selection. I have also included video demonstrations and installation instructions for the products mentioned that you might find helpful.
