Troubleshooting Brake Controller Not Sending Signal Back to Vehicle Side 7-Way

I have no power to my blue wire on my 7 way at back of truck and also brake controller doesnt engage brakes doesnt do anything with pedal and shows 10 wen I hit over ride but brakes still do not enguage

It sounds like you didn't install your brake controller properly, or there are some pieces missing in your wiring.
When installing a brake controller, like the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195, you have 4 functions that the wiring from the controller connects to:
Blue - 7-Way Output to Trailer
Black - 12V Power
White - Ground
Red - COLD Side of Stop Light Switch (only gets hot when brake pedal is pressed)
I would start off by using a Circuit Tester # PTW2993 to make sure that you are getting a signal on the red wire when you press the brake pedal. If you don't then that means you are not connected to the correct wire.
As for the 5 o'clock pin on your 7-Way (see attached photo), I would test that pin with the tester when you use your manual override. If you don't find power then that means the wire from your brake controller to your 7-Way is damaged somewhere or you need to finish running it to your 7-Way.
Let me know what the year/make/model is of your vehicle and if it came with a factory tow package and I can see if we have any additional information that could shed some light as to why you are having some problems with your brake controller.
