Recommended Trailer Hitch Reducer Sleeve for 2-1/2 Inch Receiver Opening and 2-1/2 Inch WD Shank

I have a new Dodge Ram 2500 mega cab, it seems to have a much bigger hitch receiver than 2 inches. what do you recommend? The Reese adaptor says not to use with WD hitches

For your new Dodge Ram 2500, the 2-1/2 inch Receiver can be reduced using the Gen-Y Hitch Reducer Sleeve - 2-1/2" to 2" # 325-GH-007 and is compatible with weight distribution systems. If you want a better fit for a weight distribution system, I recommend instead using the Curt Weight Distribution Shank for 2-1/2" Hitches # C17131. This will allow you to use your same weight distribution system and have the best connection to your 2-1/2 inch trailer hitch receiver. This will be compatible with most systems because of the standard hole diameter and center to center distance.
