It sounds like you are looking for a drop-leg stabilizer like the Fulton # FSJ1-SJ2. This particular stabilizer jack featurs a drop-leg length of 28-3/4 inches, with height adjustments between 25 inches and 37 inches. It has a weight capacity of 3,000 pounds and a durable zinc plating that will provide corrosion resistance. This is the closest drop-leg model we have available to the dimensions you provided.
Atwood was bought out and their parts have since been discontinued by the manufacturer.
I have attached a short video demonstration on this product, along with a link that will take you to our available selection of drop-leg stabilizer jacks that you can look through.
