Accessing the Factory Brake Controller Plug on a 2017 Ford F-150
Question:
I was looking at your video on this but I have a console in the middle. How do I get under the dash to get the plug that is behind the little cubby hole on the dash?

You may be able to reach the factory brake controller plug on your 2017 Ford F-150 by reaching up behind the center console from the left (driver's) side. If you cannot reach it or find it then you will likely have to remove a dash/console panel or 2 to get to it. I am not sure which video you watched so I have included a link to one showing a brake controller installation on a 2017 that should help.
Our part number for the 3036-P harness is # 22292.
