Lightweight 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Ford Puck System
Question:
How much does the DM6175 weigh?

Expert Reply:
The Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter part # DM6175 weighs approximately 99 lbs. This adapter will fit into the factory puck system on Ford F-250 and F-350 trucks from 2011 - 2018. It will then allow for 5th wheel hitches that have above bed industry standard rails (ISR) to be used with the factory puck system. For a lightweight alternative that has the same function as the above adapter, I recommend using the Reese 5th Wheel Rail Adapter part # RP30156 which weighs in at around 55 lbs and is also more cost effective.
I have attached a review video of each adapter for you as well.
