Need 2 inch hitch rack for two heavy electric bikes with 4.5 inch wide tires. Suggestions?

Based on your information, I recommend the RockyMount BackStage 2 Bike Platform Rack, Item # RKY10002. the BackStage Platform works with 2 inch hitches, is a wheel mount, and the rack swings away from the rear of your vehicle with bikes loaded for access to the cargo area.
The Rack carries 2 bikes with ratcheting hooks, pivoting wheel cradles, and no frame contact. The weight capacity is 60-lbs per bike and maximum tire width is 5 inches. The maximum wheelbase is 48 inches and it works with 20 inch to 29 inch wheel diameters. Locks for bikes and rack are included.
You will need to make sure you have enough clearance for the rack and that your hitch can handle the weight.
