Travel trailers in the weight range of your 4300-lb Keystone Springdale will typically have a 2-inch ball coupler, but since there are many models in this series with widely varying weights your best bet is simply to look at the coupler housing. The coupler's weight rating and compatible hitch ball size will be stamped into the housing.
There are three common hitch ball sizes in use in the RV world: 1-7/8-inch, 2-inch and 2-5/16-inch. As you would expect the larger balls have higher weight capacities. 2-inch balls can be rated from a low of 2000-lbs as with # CB-20Z up to and above 10,000-lbs, as with # A-90.
Apart from the ball diameter you also need to match the diameter and length of the hitch ball's threaded shank to the specific ball mount you are using with it. The diameter of the shank must match the diameter of the hole in the ball mount.
