What you need will depend on what you have. If your 2006 Honda Ridgeline came with a factory installed 7-Way connector then you will connect the Redarc Tow Pro to the brake controller port underneath your dash. The adapter you will need for this connection is the TrailerMate Custom Wiring Adapter, Item # 3070-S.
If you need to add a 7-Way connector and do not have a 4-Way connector already then you will need to first install the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Connector, Item # 118400. Whether you have a 4-Way connector or add one, you would then add a 7-Way connector with Universal Installation Kit, Item # ETBC7, which includes a combo 4-Way/7-Way connector.
With your 7-Way Connector in place, you will have all you need for installing your Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller, Item # RED44FR.
I have attached videos for you to check out that will assist you installing your Redarc brake controller.
