Weight and Installation of Thule EasyFold Hitch Mounted Bike Rack

The Thule EasyFold, part # TH903202, fits basically any vehicle that has a trailer hitch receiver. There may be some exceptions because of clearance so if you can tell me the year, make, and model of your vehicle I may be able to give you a more specific answer. Basically you want to make sure there is at least about 7 to 8 inches from the hitch pin hole of your trailer hitch to the rear most part of the vehicle.

The rack slides into a trailer hitch receiver that you need to have on your vehicle. It includes an integrated hitch pin and a knob that tightens the rack to your hitch. Also, that knob includes a lock so the rack is then locked to the vehicle for security.

If you don't already have a hitch receiver I can make a recommendation for this as well with the year, make, and model.

The rack itself weighs around 45 pounds and can support 2 bikes up to 65 pounds each.
