Winch Recommendation with Ratcheting Arm for Mounting to Trailer Floor
Question:
Can I order this winch . . . 1. With ratcheting handle instead of regular handle? 2. With 2inch strap? 3. With electric drill adapter? Application: Floor mounted in enclosed trailer for pulling in 400 lb 3-wheeled cart.

Probably the closest thing we have to what you want is the part # DL16003. This comes with a ratcheting handle like you want and a 12' strap. The strap has a spring-loaded hook and an 18" loop on the end. This winch is made for a 400 pound horizontal pull.
There isn't a way to do an electric drill adapter with a winch like this though.
